Take a minute to meet our newest contributor to the Weird Girls site.
Hi guys. So…I’m Emma. I’m fifteen years old, and I’m here, because I’m a real life Weird Girl. You should consider this as Part One of our getting to know one another, so lets start with the basics; where I’m from.
You know how some teenagers have that frustrated, angst-y type of “Geez, I cant wait till I get out of this stupid town” type of attitude? You see, I don’t have that. You know why? Because I live in Austin Texas. And what better place for a weird girl to live than in a city knows for its weirdness? The breeding ground for all things fun and loud. Food, art, culture, music, films; you name it, we got it. From ACL to Austin Film Festival, Austin provides some rad opportunities to take photographs, which is what I’m all about. There is never a dull moment around here, and I honestly couldn’t love it more and I don’t think I’ll ever leave.
Yes, I could go on and on, but as they say, one picture is worth a thousand words. So without further ado, here are a few images I’ve taken while adventuring around this crazy place. So nice to meet all of you, and enjoy. And remember to Keep Austin Weird A
